It is the hardest struggle; it’s like steering a herd of cattle into the slaughter house to be slaughtered. The furiousness would cause turbulence in the home; the Zikr of Allah would help. This is the most hateful thing for them, to call them to prayer or the Zikr of Allah (swt). They will slaughter you down for this, but patience will do the trick. Sadly to say but tricking them with something of fear will work; but when they find out that you trick them into some prayer, they would be furious at you, they will not realize that you did it to help them out of the devil’s clutches; all they would care about is that you mess up with their head.
The fury can cause great oppression and even violence. There is no easy way out for a true believer; this world is hell for them: fighting with evil takes away all the doors of happiness, but that happiness can very well come back, if the families are constantly involved in the Zikr of Allah (swt). No money, gifts, gold, silver or diamonds can return the happy feelings, only the Zikr of Allah (swt) can do it. The Zikr of Allah always triumph over evil, if people will not accept the (Zikr) light in their own life, what future argument is left.
The Holy Qur’an states:
Therefore be patient with what they say, and celebrate (constantly) the praises of thy Lord, before the rising of the sun, and before its setting; yea, celebrate them for part of the hours of the night, and at the sides of the day: that thou mayest have (spiritual) joy.20:130.
Nor strain thine eyes in longing for the things We have given for enjoyment to parties of them, the splendour of the life of this world, through which We test them: but the provision of thy Lord is better and more enduring. 20:131.
Enjoin prayer on thy people, and be constant therein. We ask thee not to provide sustenance: We provide it for thee. But the (fruit of) the Hereafter is for righteousness.20:132.
All good men must be patient to what seems evil around them: They must not sit still and do nothing to destroy evil, for the fight against evil is one of the cardinal points in Islam. One must not waste their time on this worldly show and entertainment; they must engage themselves much in the Zikr of Allah (swt) and pray to Allah (swt), and also commune with Him, so that their patience and faith may be strengthen, and that they may be able to achieve a full force of strength to overpower evil. They will get strong, physical, materially and an inward spiritual joy and strength. The good thing of this may make a brave show, and draw the weak faith ones who are feeding only on spiritual food and fruits. God’s truth will prevail in them, they will accept His Zikr.
