If we ponder over this question, we will find how humble and sincere the Prophets were, and they were never ask any help in wealth or material things for themselves from the people, whom they were sent to by Allah (swt) to guide unto the light of righteousness.
Allah (swt) messages are as old as Prophet Adam (a.s.), and it is good for all age, it never grew old, or never different, no Prophet ever taught anything different from another. All the Prophets teaching is: Allah (swt) is All Wise, All Great, All Mighty, and His Architecture of the Universe is on a perfect plan.
If the unbelievers had their way to plan the world according to their will and heart desires, it would have been a dreadful world, full of confusion and corruptions. Allah (swt) says to all the Apostles, as stated in the Holy Qur’an:
O ye apostles! enjoy (all) things good and pure, and work righteousness: for I am well-acquainted with (all) that ye do. 23:51.
And verily this Brotherhood of yours is a single Brotherhood, and I am your Lord and Cherisher: therefore fear Me (and no other). 23:52
But people have cut off their affair (of unity), between them, into sects: each party rejoices in that which is with itself. 23:53
But leave them in their confused ignorance for a time
Allah (swt) tells us in the Holy Qur’an:
And if the apostle were to invent any sayings in Our name, 69:44
We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 69:45
And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 69:46
Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath 69:47
But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 69:48
And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 69:49
But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 69:51
So glorify the name of thy Lord Most High.69:52
The right hand is the hand of power and action, anyone who is seized by his right hand is prevented from acting as he wish or carry out his purpose. The Message of God Almighty is glad tidings for those who believe in Him and follow His Laws, for it is a message of Mercy and Forgiveness through repentance and amendments.
But truly (Revelation) is a cause of sorrow for the Unbelievers. 69:50
Allah (swt) has given us this absolute truth through His revelation, it behooves us to understand it and to be grateful to Him, and we must celebrate His praises in thought, words and good deeds.
