Escaping oppression and diseases

Aameen Yaa Rab It’s heart broken to see all the oppression and injustice that is spreading around the Globe only the Zikr of Allah swt and raised our hands in humble supplications to Allah swt can help us to escape the spreading diseases and the oppression and injustice that is spreading like wild fire around the World Please don’t forget your daily exercise which is Inhale Allah and Exhale Hu ! all day long , and at night until fall asleep It’s our vehicle to Salvation I missed all of you my beloved families and friends, soon In Shaw Allah I would be back on board like before.
