The Holy Qur’an states:
Do men think that they will be left alone on saying, “We believe”, and that they will not be tested? 29:2.
We did test those before them, and Allah will certainly know those who are true from those who are false. 29:3
Indeed faith must be tested in the conflicts of practical life, but good can never be submerged, on the contrary God Almighty will wash off all stains (of evil) from those who strive with faith and patience, and he would admit them to the fellowship of righteous. Not so are the hypocrites and those who reject faith.
Some of us who are believers, would yield to evil during their test and trial, this is the easy way out for them, and this puts them right into the category of the hypocrites: how sad!
These test, trial and tribulation from Allah (swt) is for all His servants whom He created, He did not just created Man and leave them hanging on a string, He gave them knowledge and He gave them gifts, skills and He even send Messengers to teach them right from wrong: And on each individual soul He laid personal responsibility, who reject His grace, they are the ones who would turn to evil, their faculties are dead and they are the ones who are causing mischief to spread on this earth; their deliberate choice plunges them into manifest error, and the believers are to beware of them.
A believer who struggles with the battle of evil forces, and win through by God Almighty grace; as the Holy Prophet Muhammad (owbp) who was a guide and exemplar amongst mankind, the true believer who are the winners must be exemplar for the people in his or her household and around the society. Allah (swt) make life so easy for us, just by simple remembering Him in our distress and in our happiness, just by doing this; great peace and satisfaction will envelop us (our hearts). As stated in the Holy Qur’an:
“Those who believe, and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah. for without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction. 13:28.
No goodness are greater than the remembrance of Allah (swt), it is the best cure to overpower evil, evil have no seat in a man’s heart who are Allah’s (swt)Zakayreen (one who is constantly doing the Zikr of Allah (swt).
