Is it right to force Religion on someone?

The Holy Qur’an states:

Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things. 2:256

Compulsion is incompatible with Religion because:

(1) Religion depends upon faith and will, and these would be meaningless if induced by force.

(2) Truth and error have been so clearly shown up by the Mercy of Allah (swt), that there should be no doubt in the minds of any person of good will, as to the fundamentals of faith.

(3) Allah (swt) protection is continuous, and His plan is always to lead us from the depth of darkness into the clearest light.

If people try hard to understand that everything happens by Allah’s (swt) will, life would be peaceful on this earth: People must listen to reason, truth and sincerely earnestly, they must strive hard to believe in Allah (swt), and by doing this even if the spiritual faculty is dead, Allah (swt) will by His Grace revive it, and they will go to Him by their own free will, without any force from anyone.

Those whose hearts are dead will not listen to reason, they are deaf and dumb as the Holy Qur’an states:

Those who reject our Signs are deaf and dumb,- in the midst of darkness profound: whom Allah willeth, He leaveth to wander: whom He willeth, He placeth on the way that is straight. 6:39.

Allah (swt) signs are all around them but they will not understand them, even if they get a particular sign to suit them, they will pick holes at it because they will not understand; how sad!
