Some Rules to build a strong foundation between a man and his wife.
(1) Respect each other
(2) Stand and support each other in every situation
(3) Notice each others mood and emotion and give a leaning shoulder to lean on.
(4) Support and help to build each other’s confidence in their dreams and their goals.
(5) Trust each other’s feelings and emotions and actions
(6) listen carefully with out passing judgement and suspicion.
(7) Encourage each other’s actions and avoid doubt into your feelings.
(8) love each others for whom you are not find fault each others to cause hurt feelings.
(9) When things get heated give each other their spaces to think freely with being on each other’s backs.
(10 ) Value each other’s feelings,time, energy, and love.
(11) be loyal and honest, sharing meals together ,going out for a walk together, shopping, movies and take vacations together, Love each other.

(1) WHO are the people we should obey ch 38 V21
Obey those who ask No Reward of you,( for themselves ) and who have themselves received Guidance.
Ch 4-v59 O ye who believe !Obey Allah and obey the Apostle, and those charged With authority amongst you.
If you differ in anything Amongst yourself, refer it To Allah and His Apostle ,if you do believe in Allah and the last day. That is best and most suitable For final determination Islam expects secular authority to be exercised in righteousness and on that condition, enjoy obedience to such authority.
(2)who are the people that will achieve Salvation ? ch 9v20. Those who believe, suffer Exile and strive with might and main,in Allah’s cause with their goods and their persons,have the highest rank in the sight of Allah. And they are the people who will achieve Salvation.
Muslim has a duty to exercise justice, and help to protect their own brotherhood and their faith from insults and scorn. A very simple way to also achieve Salvation,is for us to be sincere in our conduct and keep our selves active in our service to our Creator Allah Almighty.
(3) who are a true Muslim? One who keeps himself clean from all uncleanliness,body heat and soul. Strict in ablutions and physical cleanliness as well as purity of mind and heart ❤️ In return Allah swt will give them the abilities to always speak the truth and fulfill their duties towards Him , and towards their families and their society.And they can be trusted and people who words one can relied on. May Allah blessed our young ones people with thes blessed qualities.Ameen.
(4) Fear Allah swt and be with those people who are true in words and actions.Ch9 v119 .The company of good people will always keep you under Allah’s guidance as they themselves are rightly guarded. But the company of the unrighteou and evil people will leads us astray. As mentioned in Ch 59 v19 And obey ye not like those who forget Allah; And He made them forget their own souls !
(5) Ch 59 v 18 , O ye who believe ! Fear Allah, let every soul look to what (provision) He has sent forth for the morrow. Yea fear Allah:For Allah is well acquainted with all they do.
How do you explain fear for Allah? Fear for Allah swt is not merely a feeling or an emotion: it is an act of doing things that will displease Him so we do not get His punishment and we try our hardest to only do things that will be beneficial for our own soul to enter into His kingdom.Jannah. The fear helps us with a preparation and provision for the Hereafter. Let your soul fear to do wrong, let it do every act of righteousness: for Allah swt observe both our inner motives and our actions, and in His schemes of things everything will have its consequences.
(6) why some people turned away from Allah swt ?
Man is easily cowed down by constraints in his own fortunes, and yet he does not learn from them the lesson of forbearance and patience he quickly turns into rebellion towards his Creator and other people and the final elevation of goodness in the Hereafter.When all the things on which his mind and heart are set on this earth shall be crushed nothing,he will see the real glory and power,love and beauty,of God Almighty,for those are the Lights of the of the Gardens of Paradise.
May Allah swt forgive those who turned away from Him and guide them back onto the righteous path.Ameen
(7)Men is to forget the contrasts in nature and life and what they mean to him in his spiritual growth.
Per chance his mind is so absorbed in what he sees,that he doubts the vast Realities he does not see. The present makes him blind to the past and to the future.
We hope and pray that they find the truth and accept it and work in the service and good pleasures of God Almighty. Ameen.
May Allah swt keep us and our love ones away from such people. Ameen
(8) Why Some People who believe in God Almighty can laugh and smile through rough times ? Ch 8v128 when ever comes down a Surah ( from holy Quran ) some of them say;which of you has had his faith increased by it ? Ye those who believe their faith increases by it ?ye those who believed their faith is increased and they do rejoice.
The unbelievers laugh at Revelation, say to each other mockingly: thouse this increase faith ?
For the believers every new aspect of God Almighty truth as Revealed increases their faith, and wonders and gratitude,they rejoice and are always smiling through any difficulties because they are Blessed with extra faith which makes them stronger in their in every situation and hard ships They are strengthened with confidence ,compassion,courage, and strength for life conduct and achievement. And they are also blessed with a special strength to put upon a stiff resistance against evil.God Almighty is all in all,to believe in Him is to find the accomplishment of all spiritual,physical,moral qualities and material strength and courage.
(9)What advice can help one to achieve righteousness?
Do the things that will make Your Creator God Almighty please with you.
( 1 ) Respect the old, the poor, the needy and the sick people. (2) live in faith, purity ,cleanliness, and always be truthful and stick to your promises, because these values leads to glorious spiritual fellowship. Fear Allah Almighty and guard your self against hypocrites ; firmness and faith is to be encouraged.(4) Be just, stand up firmly against injustice, do not oppress anyone and do not be oppressed.(5) Be humble and kind, be respectful and honest ,accept your faults and remove any pride that try to inter into your heart .(6) Ignore the whispering of the Devil, for it will lead you astray.(7) make amends and seek forgiveness from people who you hurt by mistake and willfully act.
Pray O my lord I have indeed wrong my soul please forgive me You are most forgiven and Merciful.
(8) The great new for man is his spiritual destiny, the good, the useful, the bad and the ugly.
The good , bring happiness,the useful ,bring peace and healing to the soul , the bad teaches lessons , and the ugly gives stress,pain and anguish.
The keys of life and death, and the mysteries of everything around us, are in the Hands of Allah Almighty, our duty is to seek the right path of goodness, kindness, upright conduct .God Almighty is never unjust in the last degree and He has full knowledge of our actions good bad or ugly.

10 powerful Islamic Techniques To Increase Your Intelligence.
What does it mean to be Intelligent ? Intelligence is not just the ability to learn, or solve problems etc, it is a special gift from Allah swt, a responsibility entrusted only to human beings in the visible world 🌎 to be used wisely, and following the rules and teachings of Islam and Prophet Muhammad pbuh. It also goes beyond cognitive abilities. And encompasses several factors. To approach Allah swt. Intelligence in Islam also involves deep understanding and reflection on the ethical and moral principles of Islam ☪️
Understanding this knowledge to live a life by the teachings of Prophet Muhammad pbuh.
Now the 10 tools to Increase our Intelligence.
(1) Do not listen 🎧 to the whispers of Satan , but try hard to memorize the holy Quran beginning with the smallest Surahs and duas. Memorizing the Quran is one of the most powerful tools to increase our Intelligence, from an Islamic perspective, because Allah’s word is a guide for life, and it does not only enrich our minds with wisdom, but we also get blessings
Be sure to create a quiet 🤫 place from distractions,
(2) Repeat frequently the the Surah or duas etc that you are memorizing, and try to understand the meaning that you are learning,
Memorizing Quran etc not only stimulates your memory, but it also feeds you spirit. It helps you with patience and understanding and confidence in your soul. Every struggle you make to learn Quran Allah marks it for you as a good deed. And it will draw you closer to Allah swt,
(3) Practice daily gratitude 🙏 to Allah swt and to those who are kind to you. It will help strengthen your connection with Allah swt. It will also help to strengthen your memory and your understanding which is important in your life, also the positive aspects in this great fullness to Allah swt will reflect in your daily behaviour, it will also have a significant impact on the overall mental health condition in your life. Numerous Scientific research have shown that expressing gratitude 🙏 regularly can reduce stress, improve sleep 🛌 and promote greater emotional resilience. So always be grateful and smile 😃
(3) Eliminates unnecessary things our lives that we are constantly bombarded with, such as, irrelevant events, information and distractions, that can take away valuable time and energy, in both spiritual and daily life. It can make us focus on meaningful things, start by ignoring negative thoughts 💭 ignore the negative thoughts that can result in you do wrong things. And pay attention to the people who have good intentions, and good thoughts and whose advice can take you up to the highest levels in your spiritual life and in your mental life conduct as well.
Eliminating negative influences can pay the way for greater mental clarity
(4) Allowing you to focus on what is positive and constructive in this way higher emotional and Spiritual Intelligence can be developed. can be developed reflecting the ability to effectively understand and manage emotions.
The concept of Allah’s Awareness in Islam ☪️ is called Taqwa.
Allah wants us to understand the signs around us that’s why understanding is important to us as mentioned in holy Quran, Surah Al Imran
Indeed in the creation of the heavens and earth 🌍 they are signs for people of understanding.
When we ignore these signs 🪧 we miss opportunity for spiritual reflection and personal growth, we need to be aware of these opportunities and stop 🛑 being distracted by thoughts 💭 that prevent us from fully appreciating the present 💝
(5) morning fasting and prayer 🙏 fasting has positive energy on our minds body and soul.
(6) Raw honey 🍯 Consuming raw honey is Associated with mental health and physical health benefits, our beloved Prophet pbuh used to live healthy by eating healthy foods as honey 🍯 and dates. It written in the holy Quran that honey is a healing liquid, in Surah Nahal,
And your Lord inspired the Bees 🐝 dwell in the mountains ⛰️ eat of all fruits 🍉 and live in the path that your Lord has marked out for you, there springs forth from their bellies A liquid of different colours in which there is healing for men, Here is a sign for people who reflect.
The fact that this information was revealed more than 1,400 years ago testifies to the Quran’s extraordinary scientific accuracy. In more recent times science has confirmed the healing properties of honey 🍯 confirming what was revealed in the Quran.
(7) stop 🛑 sinning this action is number one for increasing one’s memory, the people with bad memories or no memory should leave their sins behind them and start gaining blessings so that their memories can return to them and they can heal themselves to a blessed and prosperous future. As Allah swt said knowledge is light 💡 and He is not giving it to a sinner . Sins can cloud our ability to understand and memorize stuff easily, sins can also cause a mental fog to make one feel empty inside. Letting go of sins can have a good impact on our mental health, it helps to learn from our mistakes and grow stronger in repentance and draw us closer and closer to our Lord.
(8) listen 🎧 to good people advice and pray keen
(9)Attention to their words and actions and advice, if you do this it will help you to focus more on your healing journey to a better future and a greater healthier life. If your mind is elsewhere when you are supposed to listen to someone’s good advice, then you will not gain anything thing from their advice, but you will only waste their time, and you missed a great opportunity. This lack of presence of mind damages your intelligence drastically. Active listening is a sign of respect, also receiving information fruit more on the knowledge of sharing it. Active listening is also a form of generosity. Forgiveness is an act of kindness and amendment is an act of service to Allah which helps to get rid of the pride from our hearts
💕 (9) Reflect on immortality. It is a powerful tool to guide us and to remember our death , it helps us to a meaningful life style to understand deeper values and promote us to focus on what is truly important death is not the end of life it is only the beginning.
(10) Always remember Allah Swt never ever stop 🛑 talking about Him and about His Prophets and about His righteousness. By Allah’s remembrance He will increase you in your knowledge, wisdom and understanding. Simply being aware of His Presence increases your intellect and this cannot be explained by science It is a divine feeling coming from Allah Himself to those who always remember Him and His Zikr. It’s like going to the gym lifting weights with proper execution will surely lead to progress in muscle growth, you also connected your mind to the work out 🏋️♂️ your muscles will feel more strain which results in a greater work out 🏋️♀️ this phenomenon is called mind connection when you connect your mind to the muscles 💪 involved in the exercise, the same thing applies to Zikr, if these facts without interest doesn’t make an affect but if we understand every single word and connection to the fullest in the presences of mind we will notice a considerable change, this practice helps us maintain a state of gratitude patience and humility thus contribution to our spiritual development. And the increase of intelligence in our lives.

Dear Readers as we all know a very uncomfortable topic for one’s spiritual welfare is death. As believers it is important to remember death every day. Why is this important one might ask? I’m sure there are many answers to this but our take on this is the remembrance of death keeps one vigilant in their behaviours and practices here in this dunya. It causes one to reflect and remember this life is a journey in which we are all travellers. Death can be a scary, overwhelming topic for many. One thing I think it’s important for us to remember is death is just another format of separation from one world to the next. Before we come into this world we are in our mother’s womb.
We are surrounded by water, blood and other bodily fluid. We lived in our mother’s womb for approximately 10 months were we aware? Do any of us have any memory of this? No we do not. We were in our own reality in our mother’s womb. While she carried us she was living in this world’s reality, which we were oblivious to, separated by layers of skin and other things essentially. Then we are born into this reality. We now adapt to this reality and have no memory of the previous reality we were existing in. Death in that sense is the same. We leave the reality of this world and transcend to the next world’s reality where inshAllah if we live a good life and have good character and practice our Islam, have a clean heart, follow the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) InshAllah with Allah’s grace our next reality inshAllah will be peaceful.
Assalam Alaikum (Peace and blessings of God Almighty be with you) Praises and gratitude to Allah swt who’s guidance was with me to write these parables.
By His wisdom and guidance these parables can enable you by offering guidance to you in your daily lives and tasks, this is if you take them seriously.
To draw conclusions from signs around us and make allusions one after another to the common truth of daily occurrences which man does not regard as worthy of much attention would make life dull.
You are invited to consider these parables seriously in order to help you out with true guidance and understanding as they did for me.

A tree without bearing fruits tells the story of one who loves to make their conduct into a dazzling display. In the sight of Allah swt their work on this earth has no value or meaning. For the best of richness is the richness of your hearts and your soul. Allah swt dislikes one whose conduct is full of show. They would only be prosperous in this world, but very poor in the hereafter.
Magic makes the impossible possible! It’s the devil’s handiwork. Do not get bought into it and become the devil’s slave; Allah swt makes the earth a glittering show in order to test us to which is the best conduct. (Magic, witchcraft etc) are the devil’s conduct. Be wary.
If you don’t want to get burnt by fire then don’t play with it!
Meaning: Seek a sure shield of protection from Allah swt, if you keep company with jealous people move away from them gradually.
After every storm there is calm.
Meaning: When you are blessed with a second chance with your hearts desires don’t waste it by being ungrateful. Be grateful to your Creator and it would never go in vain.
Do not ruin the future by dwelling on the past.
Meaning: The past never returns unless you bring it back to life by dwelling on it daily.
Only a ship knows the strength of its waves which she has to ride over daily and yet she takes her passengers safely to shore.
Meaning: Follow those who are just and blessed with a cognitive mind and are constantly with their faces turned to their Lord. You will be able to draw strength, courage and patience through them to steer your life on the path of righteousness and achieve success and prosperity in both worlds.
Freedom from injustice.
Bismilla – Assalam Alaikum dear brother and sisters. (For all of us who have loved ones facing some form of injustice)
Let’s recite this Darood Ibrahim for as much as possible, then lift our hands in humble supplications, asking Allah swt to give our loved ones justice and free them from the devil’s grip. Yaa Allah (swt) through this holy Darood Sharif let Justice prevail over injustice for our loved ones who are going through injustice Ameen ya Rab.
And make smooth the path of bliss and goodness for them. Ameen Ya Rab and guide them and increase them in wisdom, and judgement and help them to make right judgment, speeches and decisions, Ameen ya Rab.
Hadith:
Angel Jibril (aws) once came to Rasoolillah (pbuh) and said Allah (swt) has given me the knowledge to count every leaf on earth, every fish in the sea, every star in the sky and every particle of sand on earth, but there’s only thing I cannot count.” Rasoolillah (pbuh) asked Jibril (aws) “What is that?” Jibril (aw) replied, “When one of your Ummah recites Salawat or Salaams on you, the amount of blessings Allah (swt) showers upon him becomes impossible for me to count.
Negative energies taking over today’s world.
My dear brothers and sisters please read the following message so you can understand the seriousness of what is happening in the world and how you can help yourself and your loved ones during this pandemic.
Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Raheem. Is there science in the Holy Quran? Yes, of course there are many scientific facts in the Holy Quran and it is very sad to say this, but many people who are scientists they are very brilliant people, some are also doctors, but what is the use? Most of them feel very proud of themselves that they akin themselves to God Almighty and become atheists. These scientists fail to realize that it is Allah swt who gave them the knowledge and the guidance they need to find what they are looking for etc.
We are told in the Holy Quran Ch. 36 v. 20 to 32, My people! Obey the apostles: Obey those who ask no reward of you, and who have themselves received guidance…
The world is full of negative energies and it is trying to enslave man to overtake them (especially those of weak faith) Allah (swt) five light to man and the negative energy is travelling speed towards man, and it is taking away that light from those who’s faith is weak in Allah (swt) because their shield from the devil’s attack is weak.
The believers should know that Dajal is coming and they should be prepared and know that the army of Dajjal is trying to destroy and enslave the population.
Spiritually they are shooting at mankind and they are trying to enslave mankind, and causing tremendous fear in them. This fear is causing them to go hysterical with fear and so they become anxious and causing death and sickness upon themselves.
If we listen to the pious people and we follow their advice we would have no fear and our faith in Allah (swt) would strengthen and we would save ourselves from stress and anxiety and most of all our Creator, Allah swt would be pleased with us, however lots of scholars, Imams and Shaiks have already been bought over by the devil, some due to their circumstances they had no choice. If only the Imams and Shaiks who have money and power could have put their foot down and come together to put his evil down when they had the opportunity to do so this evil and it’s forces would not have succeeded to spread mischievousness around the glove and cause innocent lives be forced in the devil’s clutches.
When the Kabbah and Masjid Nabee was closed then all the rest of the Masjids in the world were closed and this caused darkness to spread all over the world. It is travelling like a wildfire and it is taking over the hearts of many people. It is travelling very quickly to take over the light that mankind was blessed with from their Creator, Allah (swt) This protective shield between humans and evil became very weak due to the closure of the masjids around the world. There was no power or good energy coming from the angels from Kabaa and Masjid Nabee so Dajal had the freedom to spread negativity around the world.
Daily zikr exercises
Asalam Alaikum Brothers and sisters. It’s important in this environment we are living to remember to do our daily zikr exercise, which is when we breathe in do so with the words Allah on your mind, and exhale with the word Hu. Do the same at night until you fall asleep. This practice will inshAllah beautify your heart with good energies which will help you to keep smiling and be triumphant over tribulations with ease and comfort. It will also help you enter Allah’s (swt) Kingdom with the company of our beloved Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Ameen Ya Rab.
